B – Cookies

When you visit our website, cookies are deposited on the hard disk of your terminal (computer, tablet or smartphone). The information below will enable you to better understand how cookies work and how to use the current tools in order to set them up.

1/ What is a Cookie ?
The use of cookies is common and usual on the internet. A cookie is a small text file deposited on the hard disk of your terminal by the server of the website you are visiting.

2/ What are cookies used for ?
Cookies have different functions and are distinguished in particular by their role. In particular, they enable us to recognize an Internet user, from one visit to another, thanks to a unique identifier. Some cookies can also be used to store the contents of a shopping basket when you place an order via a website, others can be used to record the language settings of a site, others again are used to make targeted advertising… etc.

3/ What types of cookies are used on our website ?
Like all professionals operating a website, our site uses cookies which can be classified as follows:

3.1. Cookies that do not require prior information and/or consent from the internet user:

Technical cookies:
They are essential to enable you to browse our website and make the best use of the various functions. For example, when you register for a customer area, a cookie is placed on your terminal so that the site can recognize you when you identify yourself. If you deactivate this cookie, you will no longer be able to access your customer area.
Cookies are necessary to provide an online service:
They are expressly used to provide the services requested by buyers on a site. This is a voluntary act on your part. By deactivating this type of cookie, it is possible that you will no longer be able to access certain features of the site. For example, we need to store a “shopping cart” so that you can enter your personal information and proceed to checkout.
Cookies for audience measurement exempted from consent (art.6. CNIL deliberation n°2013-378 of 5/12/2013):
These cookies enable us to observe the way in which Internet users consult our website in order to establish anonymous statistics with the aim of optimizing and improving the ergonomics of our website, detecting navigation problems or the organization of certain content. The data collected via these cookies includes the pages you consult, open and leave, the date and time, information such as the number of clicks made on a given page, the scrolling of the pages but also the search terms you use when you use our site or the IP address of your terminal in order to determine your connection city. Once the geolocation has been carried out, this IP address is either anonymized or deleted.

3.2. Cookies which require prior information and consent from the Internet user:
Cookies for audience measurement:

Unlike audience measurement cookies that do not require consent, these audience measurement cookies may collect information such as, for example, the IP address of your terminal in order to determine your city of connection or the number of clicks made on a given page, the scrolling of pages but also the type of platform you use. This information is used in particular by advertising agencies as part of our online advertising campaigns to find out how Internet users behave on our website after seeing one of our online advertisements, including advertisements about us on third party sites. The data collected does not reveal your identity.

Advertising cookies (not used on our site):
These cookies collect information about your web browsing habits. Depending on the web pages you visit, you define your interests yourself, which enables us to offer you appropriate advertising. They also allow us to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and help us to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These advertising cookies are placed on your terminal by our partners (advertising network, hosts, etc.).

Our site contains sharing links to social networks that allow you to share content from our site with other people. When you use these share buttons, a third-party cookie is set. If you are connected to the social network when you browse our website, the share buttons allow you to link the content you view to your user account. The share buttons via social networks use cookies to track the browsing of their users. For more information, we invite you to consult the privacy policy of the social network(s) you use.
